Brimelia respects copyright, trademarks, design rights, and other intellectual property rights.

Website content and products must not be used, reproduced, or promoted in ways that infringe the rights of others.

Reporting a Concern

Rights owners or authorized representatives may report suspected infringement to support@brimelia.com using the subject “Intellectual Property Complaint.”

Please include:

• Your name and contact information.

• The rights owner’s name and your authority to act.

• Identification of the relevant protected work or right.

• The exact product or content URLs.

• An explanation of the alleged infringement and supporting evidence.

• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized.

• Confirmation that your information is accurate, with your electronic signature.

Review

We will review sufficiently detailed reports and may request clarification, restrict disputed material, or take other appropriate action. Affected parties may submit evidence of ownership, permission, or other lawful use.

Mentioning a third-party brand does not itself establish authorization or affiliation. A disclaimer does not authorize the use of protected logos or designs.
