Destinations and Charges

Brimelia offers worldwide shipping to destinations supported at checkout. Delivery restrictions may apply to particular locations or products.

Available shipping services and charges are shown before payment. Worldwide shipping does not mean all orders qualify for free delivery.

Processing and Delivery

Standard order estimates:

• Processing: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Transit: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

• Total: approximately 8–12 business days.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Destination-specific estimates shown before purchase take precedence. Customs, weather, remote locations, or carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Tracking and Address Changes

We email tracking information after dispatch. Updates may take up to 72 hours to appear.

Report address errors within 12 hours of purchase. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Customs and Delivery Problems

Unless collected at checkout or expressly included, import duties and local charges are payable by the recipient.

Contact us if tracking stops updating or delivery is overdue. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution for confirmed lost or undelivered shipments, subject to applicable consumer rights.
