These Terms apply to your use of the Brimelia website and purchases made through it. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Brimelia store.

You must have legal capacity to purchase and provide accurate order, delivery, and payment information. Fraudulent activity, security interference, and unauthorized commercial exploitation of website content are prohibited.

Product listings describe materials, sizes, colors, and features. Review them before ordering. Screen-related color variation does not excuse a materially inaccurate description.

Prices, currency, delivery charges, and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. Price changes do not alter an accepted order.

We may decline or cancel orders for genuine availability, payment, fraud, delivery, or pricing-error reasons. Paid amounts for cancelled items will be refunded. Material substitutions require your agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
